Amir Alliance For Success was developed based on the life experiences of former foster youth, Dalesean Lynch. As a child, Dalesean was exposed to a chaotic lifestyle which impacted his thought process as an adult. After encountering several life-changing events, he began to examine his thinking patterns and make a change.

Along with the support of an array of mentors (alliances), Dalesean evolved into a proud positive role model. Inspired by his own growth, he embarked upon a journey to share his life experiences in order to break the cycle of dysfunctional thinking patterns and promote positivity.
